On the final day of 2025 we close out the year with one last release. After a run of hop forward beers, it felt right to return to something darker. Just a solid base and a few carefully chosen adjuncts we had been excited to work with!

This 12% imperial stout is built around pecan nuts, cacao nibs and vanilla. Roasted pecan brings a warm, nutty depth, cacao adds rich chocolate notes and vanilla pulls everything together.

With this dark and heavy release, we wrap up 2025. A year in which we opened Folkingebrew The Pub and pushed into new territory through brewing and the many events we were part of.
