This one is special. Since we started this journey of brewing big bold hazy IPA’s, we met a lot of wonderful people, but Edwin from FLOEM is someone who we met right at the beginning. A local hero, brewer and owner of FLOEM and since than a really good friend. We shared stories, we laughed and talked about all the things we could learn from each other. Now that he has decided to close the chapter on FLOEM, we realized our tale wasn’t finished. We just had to make one more collab! And of course, it is the most bold hazy double IPA we could brew, with a double Sub Zero Hop Kief (Nelson Sauvin & Motueka) gift at the end!
