Our next release is something completely new for us! Meet Soul Shaker, a Fruited Gose (4.5% ABV) with raspberry, cherry and of course a touch of salt. A light, refreshing and straight to the point fruited sour!

The base is built from pilsner malt, flaked oats and wheat for a soft texture. Fermented with Pinnacle yeast, which both sharpens the sour profile and keeps the finish clean. Tettnanger contributes a light floral note. Raspberry brings brightness, cherry adds depth, and a touch of salt pulls everything into place.
