Hop Heaven

Hazy DIPA | 8.5%

The idea for this beer came from a simple question: what if we take three of our all time favourite hops and let them fully saturate a Hazy? So we used Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool, then dry hopped it heavily with the same duo plus Galaxy T90 for a little edge.

Expect lime zest, white peach, mango and a touch of diesel from the Galaxy. The soft malt base of pilsner malt, wheat, flaked oats and malted oats lays down a smooth foundation. LAIII for fermentation pulls it all together, keeping the taste profile focused and hop-forward.

The name says it all: this brew is built for those who want maximum hop presence!
