Go With the Flow

New Zealand Pilsner | 5.5%

Go With the Flow is our second-ever pilsner. And this time we’re heading south, way south! This is a New Zealand-style pilsner brewed with a crisp malt base and a bright mix of New Zealand hops only. Sitting at a decent 5.5% ABV, it’s clean and quietly expressive.

For this unique brew, we kept the malt profile simple, with pilsner malt and flaked wheat. We fermented the beer cold with WHC’s Apres Ski yeast for a tight, dry finish. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka bring lime, white grape and fresh gooseberry, with Pacific Jade adding a light herbal bite. Riwaka in the dry hop pulls it all into focus with a floral lift.
