Blueprint (Simcoe)

Hazy DIPA | 8.5%

It has been a long time since we made two new beers for our Blueprint Series. This time, we set out to make these Hazy Double IPAs clearly different from each other.

Blueprint (Riwaka)
This beautiful hop from New Zealand is outspoken, fruity and punchy. We love this hop since we could get our hands on it!

Blueprint (Simcoe)
Although we did not use it for a long period, lately we have used Simcoe more than ever. It is a classic hop. Less outspoken than Riwaka, but it has apricot and a piny backbone.

While the hop varieties differ, both beers share the same core elements: Citra and Mosaic hops, a malt base of Golden Promise, oats, and wheat, and a carefully crafted dry hopping process.
