Since we started brewing at and with our friends from Baxbier Brewery, we pushed each other to evolve, experiment and try new things and methods. That’s what we did here as well.
We pushed the brewhouse to it’s limits with a massive double mash and an exhausting overnight boil to lock in every bit of richness. The result is a thick stout with a deep caramelized sweetness that only comes from a marathon stay in the kettle. It ends with a slight bitter finish. No adjuncts, just malts!
We put more than half of it on barrels, so stay tuned!
