Outer Limits

Hazy TIPA | 10%

Introducing our latest creation Outer Limits, a Hazy Triple IPA (10% ABV) that pushes the boundaries of flavor exploration. It’s a bold adventure into the unknown depths of taste.

What makes this beer stand out is that we’ve carefully selected a blend of cryo hops only, including Talus, Citra, and El Dorado, to take your palate on a journey of hop complexity. During the whirlpool stage, we used Talus and Citra to lay down a hoppy foundation of bitterness, setting the stage for what’s to come. During fermentation, we unleashed a massive dry hop of Citra, Talus, and El Dorado. This infusion of cryo hops elevates the aroma and flavor to new heights!

As for the malt bill, we’ve stayed true to our roots, using Golden Promise, wheat, and oats to provide a sturdy backbone that complements the hop characteristics perfectly. We’ve entrusted the legendary LAIII yeast to work its magic and give Outer Limits that signature haze we all love.
